COVID-19 Update

March 19 2020 UPDATE

Effective March 20th , 2020 All bank lobbies will be closed to customer traffic. The bank will continue to serve its customers through our drive-thru windows during regular business hours. Customers needing to access safe deposit boxes, opening of accounts, loan closings and loan applicants will need to been seen by appointment only. Please call our Arkansas City location @ 620-442-2400 or Caldwell @ 620-845-6431 to schedule those appointments. The bank is making this temporary adjustment to ensure the continued safety of our employees and customers. Again, we encourage our customers to use all online/mobile banking applications as listed in our previous communications below. Once deemed safe to open our lobbies we will return to regular lobby hours. Please visit our website for continued updates during this ever-changing time.

The bank currently is practicing social distancing, so if you are feeling ill or would like to access your accounts remotely, we would encourage you to utilize our online and mobile banking services. You can conveniently access your account to make payments, deposit checks, view your transaction history, check your balances and more, from the comfort of your home or office.
